Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, email, or online form.
- Guests must provide correct contact details, date, and pickup location.
- A confirmation message will be sent after booking.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made in cash at pickup, online transfer, or card (if available).
- Some activities such as quad bikes or VIP seating may require advance payment.
- Prices are listed per person unless otherwise specified.
3. Pickup & Drop-off
- Pickup is provided from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman (selected areas).
- Pickup time may vary depending on location, traffic, or weather.
- Guests must be ready at the provided location at least 10 minutes before pickup.
4. Safety & Participation
- Pregnant women, people with back or neck injuries, and infants are not recommended for dune bashing.
- Guests must follow safety instructions from drivers and tour guides.
5. Changes by the Company
Adventure Dunes Tourism reserves the right to:
- Modify the itinerary due to weather or safety reasons
- Replace activities of similar value when necessary
- Cancel or postpone tours in case of unexpected conditions
Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.
6. Liability
- Adventure Dunes Tourism is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
- We are not liable for injuries caused by negligence, ignoring instructions, or medical conditions not declared before the tour.
7. No-Show Policy
- Guests who do not show up at pickup time will be marked as no-show.
- No refund is provided for no-shows.
