Cancellation & Refund Policy
Desert Safari Bookings
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund.
- No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
2. Advance Payments / Deposits
- Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made within the allowed time.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during booking.
3. Weather or Operational Issues
If the tour is cancelled by Adventure Dunes Tourism due to:
- Bad weather
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
Guests will receive full refund or free rescheduling.
4. Quad Bikes / Buggy Activities
- Once quad bikes or buggies are booked, they cannot be cancelled within 6 hours of the activity time.
